We build your 3D model from the photos and dimensions you send us. Product photos from your phone are enough — a ruler next to the product for scale, and a few angles to capture the full shape. We handle the rest, building the most accurate model we can from what you provide. Once you approve the model, we move into rendering and deliver within the timeframe for your plan.
Once your order is placed, we'll set up a Google Meet call to discuss the project and exchange ideas, and open a Slack channel where we share progress in real time — including early test renders and mockups. Accept our first pass or ask for changes to how the final renders should look; it's a back-and-forth the whole way through. Once the project wraps, we archive the shared folder and the Slack channel.

No. CAD files or reference photos are usually enough to build an accurate 3D model. A physical sample can improve accuracy further but isn't required.
Yes. We build from your current brand guidelines, A+ content, and storefront so new assets stay consistent with what's already live.
No. Design is available as a standalone service. Some clients start here and move into full account management later, but it isn't required.
