How we're structured

Two leads. Ten specialists. One account.

Every account we manage gets a dedicated Account Manager and a dedicated Lead Creative, working in parallel from day one — backed by two full specialist teams who handle the research, the numbers, and the design work underneath them.

Your two leads

The two people who own your account

After onboarding, one Account Manager and one Lead Creative are assigned to your account specifically. They aren't shared points of contact rotating between dozens of accounts with no continuity — they're the two people who know your account, your category, and your history, and they stay on it.

Strategy & Performance

Account Manager

The Account Manager is your primary point of contact and the person ultimately accountable for how your account performs. Their work starts before day one of active management: the initial audit, which reviews your listings, keywords, ad account structure, SEO health, AEO readiness, and catalog for every issue and every opportunity currently sitting untouched.

From there, the role is ongoing rather than one-and-done. The Account Manager runs periodic audits on a regular cadence, not just when something breaks, so problems get caught while they're still small. They own price adjustments — watching margin against the competitive landscape and adjusting where there's room, or where a price is quietly working against you. They build the projections that guide each growth cycle, and they're the one held to the actual growth targets: revenue and improved margin, together, not one at the expense of the other.

Day to day, the Account Manager directs the specialist team underneath them — researchers, data scientists, SEO, PPC, catalog, and AEO specialists — making sure their work ladders up to the account's actual goals instead of operating in isolated silos. And because the Account Manager and Lead Creative work in parallel rather than in sequence, they're in constant coordination, so a pricing decision on the account side and a main image test on the creative side are never working against each other.

Design & Conversion

Lead Creative

The Lead Creative owns everything visual on your account, and reports to no one but the results — this role sits alongside the Account Manager, not underneath them. Where the Account Manager is accountable for the numbers, the Lead Creative is accountable for the two levers that most directly move them from the creative side: click-through rate, driven primarily by the main image, and conversion rate, driven by the full listing experience — secondary images, A+ content, brand story, and storefront.

Practically, that means the Lead Creative is constantly auditing your visual assets against that lens: is the main image doing its job, does the A+ content answer the questions a shopper actually has, does the storefront reinforce trust instead of sitting there unused. When a gap turns up — a weak main image, an outdated A+ module, a storefront that doesn't match the current brand story — the Lead Creative directs the creative team to fix it.

The Lead Creative also owns creative production for Sponsored Brands ad campaigns, working directly with the Account Manager's PPC specialists so the ad creative and the ad strategy are built together instead of handed off after the fact. Everything the creative team produces routes through this role first.

The account management team

Who works under your Account Manager

Six specialists work in tandem under every Account Manager — not sequentially, one waiting on the last, but simultaneously, each looking at the account from a different angle to find opportunities and gaps and execute the fix.

Researchers

Researchers handle the ongoing market and category work that keeps a strategy from going stale: competitor movement, category trends, keyword and product opportunities that haven't been acted on yet. Their findings feed directly into what the rest of the team prioritizes next.

Data Scientists

Data Scientists are the analytical backbone of the account — digging into performance data to surface patterns a surface-level report would miss. Pricing gaps, halo effects between related ASINs, anomalies in TACoS or conversion that point to a real underlying problem — this is where those get caught.

SEO Specialists

SEO Specialists own organic visibility: keyword indexing, backend search term strategy, title and bullet structure, and browse node accuracy. Their work is what determines whether Amazon's own search engine actually understands and surfaces your listing for what it should.

PPC Specialists

PPC Specialists manage campaign structure and bid strategy across every stage of the growth framework — scaling spend deliberately during growth phases, mining negative keywords and trimming waste during cutting phases, and holding steady during plateau. Budget follows strategy, not the other way around.

Catalog Specialists

Catalog Specialists keep the underlying account healthy: variation and catalog structure, listing compliance, resolving suppressions, and troubleshooting the inventory-related issues that quietly cap growth even when everything else is working.

AEO / AI Specialists

AEO/AI Specialists optimize for the newer layer of discovery — Amazon's AI shopping assistants and answer-engine-style search — making sure your listing's information is structured clearly enough for AI systems to represent it accurately, not just for traditional keyword search.

The creative team

Who works under your Lead Creative

Four specialists work under every Lead Creative, covering everything from the initial 3D model to the AI-generated lifestyle scene it becomes part of.

3D Artists

3D Artists build the high-fidelity 3D models every render starts from, working off product photos and exact dimensions. That model becomes the foundation for main images, secondary images, and A+ content alike — get this step right and everything downstream is faster and more accurate.

Senior Designers

Senior Designers set creative direction and hold the line on quality — making sure every piece of output actually serves the CTR and CVR goals the Lead Creative is accountable for, not just looks polished. They also mentor and review the junior team's work before it ships.

Junior Designers

Junior Designers handle production under senior direction — building out infographics, A+ modules, and listing image variations at the volume a growing catalog actually needs, without sacrificing the quality bar senior designers have set.

AI Design Specialists

AI Design Specialists take the 3D renders and extend them further — generating new lifestyle scenes, angles, and contexts with AI image generation, so the account gets more creative variety without needing a new photoshoot or a new render built from scratch every time.
